Prep & Cancellation Policy
Please read before booking. By reserving an appointment you agree to the terms below.
Booking Deposit
$20 Non-Refundable Deposit
Required at time of booking. Applied toward your service total.
Booking Deposit
A non-refundable $20 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied directly toward the cost of your service.
Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. We reserve the right to release your time slot if the deposit is not completed within 24 hours of booking.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the $20 booking deposit. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged a $20 cancellation fee in addition to the forfeited deposit.

No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited and a $20 no-show fee will be charged to the card on file.
Clients with two or more no-shows may be required to pay the full service amount in advance for future bookings.
Late Arrivals
Please allow yourself enough time to arrive relaxed and ready. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other clients.
Appointments shortened due to late arrival will still be charged at the full service rate.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment once with at least 48 hours notice at no additional charge. Your deposit will transfer to your new appointment date.
Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice are treated as a cancellation and the deposit will be forfeited.
Refund Policy
All deposits are non-refundable. Service payments are non-refundable once the appointment has been completed.
If you are unsatisfied with your results, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment and we will do our best to make it right.
Skin Prep Guidelines
To get the best results from your spray tan, please arrive with clean, exfoliated skin — free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, and lotion.
Shave or wax at least 24 hours before your appointment. Avoid waxing immediately after tanning.
Wear or bring loose, dark clothing to your appointment. Tight or light-colored clothing worn immediately after your tan may cause uneven fading.
